Returns and Refunds

We try our best to supply you with products that will enhance your decor. However, because the best laid plans can go awry, we have backup plans!

Of course Linens and More will honour the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If you receive an order not intended for you, please contact us at info@linensandmore.co.nz and we’ll arrange a redirect.

Returns – change of mind

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase please advise returns@linensandmore.co.nz within 14 days.  We're happy for you to return your order at your own expense for a refund, as long as it's in saleable condition, and in its original packaging.   

Step 1.  Email Returns: returns@linensandmore.co.nz  Please quote the order number from the ‘Order Confirmation’ paperwork sent with the delivery, and a brief reason for the return.

Step 2.  We will contact you and provide you with a return number and address. 

Step 3.  Carefully pack and you return the item back to the address provided.  Please make sure you include the return number.

Step 4.  Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll check it and advise you that it has arrived back to us safely.   A refund will then be processed.  Please allow up to 5 working days for money to show in your account.

Returns – other

If your order arrives faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work out the best option between repair, replace, and refund.  Returns contact: returns@linensandmore.co.nz
